Villa on Lake Lucerne

This challenging construction project on Lake Lucerne in Switzerland placed high demands on planning and execution. Thanks to close and smooth cooperation between the architect, builder, and LB Fassadenelemente, the architectural specifications were implemented precisely.

The focus was on individually manufactured components with different radii and curved spirals. Thanks to our flexible production capabilities, the complex stair elements were realized exactly according to specifications and blend harmoniously into the overall concept of the villa.

Another design highlight is the integrated light strips on the inside of the handrails. These create specific visual accents, especially in the evening and at night, and emphasize the high-quality architecture of the property.
